Dear Parents,

I wish to start by reporting the astute benefits of my time as a student of masters in international business management back then residing in Wolverhampton Westmidlands in the United Kingdom.
Currently, resides in Quakers Hill New South Wales in Sydney Australia.

The main thing that I discovered about white people especially those of them studying as undergraduates is that they do holiday or weekend jobs to support themselves both the children of the so-called millionaires amongst them. It is a norm in offshore regardless of how wealthy their parents are. I also discovered that virtually all other foreign students do the same except the children of Nigeria politicians.
Listening to the report of Richard Branson manager of Virgin Airlines, who said his young children travel in the economy class even when he and his wife are in upper class.

Richard Branson is a billionaire not even in Dollars or Naira but in Pound sterling. A quick survey would show that majority of the politicians' children travel business or upper class to commence their studies abroad, no other foreign students do this. There are no aircraft attached to the office of the higher placed individuals abroad but only in Nigeria.

They travel in economy class and the same goes for the Royals and politicians no matter what class in society they come from.
Even the Queen of England does not have an aircraft for her exclusive use but in Nigeria, pastors now have private jets, they build universities and make them so expensive that their church members cannot afford it despite they are the ones that contributed their hard earned money, pay tithes and offerings for the actualization of such projects.

Who is deceiving who? Most Churches in Nigeria are scams though not all. But Let me not deviate from the point I’m trying to make.

These practices simply become the culture which the next generation carries forward. Have you seen the car that Kate Middleton (the wife of Prince William) drives? VW Golf or something close But there’s one core difference between them and Nigerians (generally speaking), the billionaires among them work for their money while Nigerian politicians steal from the national treasury.

If we want our children in Biafran land to bring about the desired change we have been praying for on behalf of our dear new nation "Biafra", then please, let’s begin now to teach them to work hard so they can stand alone and most importantly be content and not emulate the likes of Nigerians stealing from national treasury which seems to be the norm in Nigeria.

Most Nigerian politicians children some of whom were my friends, then have never worked for 5 minutes in their lives but still flying only first or business class and using the latest cars fully paid for by their parents.
My uncle,a(Biafran) working in Zenith bank in Nigeria told me that he often get calls from anxious Nigerian parents saying my son graduated 6 years ago and is still looking for a job, can you please assist.

“Oh really! So where exactly is “THIS CHILD?”
“Why are you the one making this call dad/mum?"
This is my uncle’s usual responds and he is yet to get a satisfactory answer.

Everyone knows what is happening in that useless country called Nigeria, chances are that the big boy is cruising around Abuja with a babe dressed to the nines, in his dad’s sparkling new SUV with enough “pocket money” to put your salary to shame. It is not at all strange in Nigeria to hear a 28-year-old who has NEVER worked for a day in his or her life but “earns” a six figure “salary” from parents for doing absolutely nothing.

While the real educated, vibrant and talented individuals are wasting in the streets just because they don’t have any connection to secure a job, the big question is, "do you know anyone who will connect you to a job that you actually qualified for?"

After my studies in the Uk I went back to Nigeria and resumed work with a "MAP U" Investment Limited, I often see them in my office once in a while, one time a 25 years old with absolutely no skill only with a shiny CV probably written by his dad’s secretary in the office. Of course, he has a driver and  he was driven to the job interview.

We had a fairly decent conversation and we got to the inevitable question; how much salary are you looking to earn? The answer comes straight out – N450,000.00. I asked if that is per month or per annum.
“Of course, it is per month,” he said
“Oh, why do you think you should be earning that much on your first job?” I asked him
“Well, because my pocket money was about N150,000.00 and I felt any employer should be able to pay me more than that,” he replied

I was shocked, Nigeria as an entity have young people who have been brought up to expect something for nothing, as if it were a birthright, what a hullabaloo!!! Even though the examples I have given above are from high-placed politicians and parents of considerable affluence, similar patterns can be observed in African countries but so common in Nigeria.

Please, Biafran Parents let us not allow Biafra to be like Nigeria of today.
This syndrome; “my children will not suffer what I suffered" is destroying your tomorrow. You are practically loving your child to death at your own expense. My own parents who were poisoned because of this agitation of our liberation did not bring me up in such a way, if not I wouldn’t be this humble and focused today.

I learnt the children of a former Nigeria Head of State with all the stolen billions in their custody, still go about with security escort, They are usually on drugs, sometimes because of the drugs they collapse in public places. The escort will quickly pack them and off they go. What a life! No one would ever want to marry them except for their money.

Henry Ford said, “hard work does not kill.”
My fellow Biafrans let’s start to get it right now before our new Nation would emerge because Biafra is already here, including family setting. It is time to prepare our children for the future, the way the world is going, only those that are rugged, hard working and smart working that will survive.

We as Biafrans must begin to save our young children from unintended consequences of "too much love" and weak parenting.
This I think is the only way forward to our new world of plenty.

O’h Biafra O’h Biafra God’s own planned country, the only nation in the world in which all her citizens are Christians.
According to US academic report 2015, has suggested that the Igbos of the South Eastern part of Nigeria are the most brilliant black African race.

So let’s work harmoniously to actualize this fight of fate, all hail Biafra.
