Justice in the contraption called Nigeria has continuously failed due to the paramount misuse and great corruptible subjects that keep enforcing the rule of Law in the contraption. People like John Tsoho had made justice, equity and the rule of law a laughing stock. Apart from that, Justice had become waivers before its high degradation by those who claimed to have to know the law and went as far as interpreting it. It's quite unfortunate that Justice Tsoho has no knowledge about self-determination, or should I say that he has soiled his hands by denying what he had sworn to defend?
As a matter of fact, I should use this medium, to address entire humanity, particularly the monkeys and baboons residing in the contraption, on the issue of self-determination, because I am profoundly convinced that most of these dishonest people lack the ability of understanding. In essence, they have ignorantly deviated from the real mindset of the masses. Justice John Tsoho is a case study. Judiciary they say is the last hope of an ordinary man, but in the contraption called Nigeria, reverse becomes the case. Justice is now sold on a platter of gold, therefore, denying the common man his fundamental human rights.
The high rate of gross violation of our rights in the contraption called Nigeria, is an issue that should be more of concerned because the judiciary has defunct their commitments as such, longing for their selfish desire, using the sacred platform as a money making a machine (MMM). Self-determination denotes the legal right of people to decide their destiny in the international order. Self-determination is a core principle of international law, arising from customary international law, but also recognised as a general principle of law, and enshrined in some international treaties. Nigeria accidentally found herself among countries that have their signatory stamped on this particular law. Well, the world should be the judge between the leader of The Indigenous People Of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who has been going through all manner of human degrading treatments from the federal government of the contraption called Nigeria. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been charged with treasonable Felony, only because he exercised his fundamental rights. His crime was to seek for the self-determination of marginalised people. Now, this has reconfirmed to me, that human right does not exist in the contraption called Nigeria.
For instance, self-determination is protected in the United Nations Charter and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights as a right of “all peoples.”The scope and purpose of the principle of self-determination evolved significantly in the 20th century. In the early 1900’s, international support grew for the right of all people to self-determination. This led to successful secessionist movements during and after WWI, WWII and laid the groundwork for decolonization in the 1960s. Contemporary notions of self-determination usually distinguish between “internal” and “external” self-determination, suggesting that "self-determination" exists on a spectrum. Internal self-determination may refer to various political and social rights; by contrast, external self-determination refers to full legal independence/secession for the given 'people' from the larger politico-legal state. In the history of postcolonial Africa, no region has suffered a more tragic experience than Biafrans. After almost twenty years of gradual constitutional evolution by relatively orderly processes of conferences and negotiations, the structure of legal agreement collapsed; the army was broken into regional groups; citizens of Biafra origin feed much of the rest of the country during a series of massacres which produced a migration of hundreds of thousands of persons.
Barely three days, the paedophile Muhammadu Buhari released a renowned terrorist that killed thousands of innocent citizens. He was released on a plain order of the terrorist in power. Why should he hold Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for this long? If Nnamdi Kanu has committed any offence, where are their evidence? Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not a murderer, nor a criminal. He came only to set his marginalised people free from Nigeria cancerous zoological mentality. Justice Tsoho is expected to do the right thing, and rescue the wailing Justice in Nigeria. All eyes is on him, to restore justice back to life once again in Nigeria. BIAFRA IS A DIVINE PROJECT, JUSTICE TSOHO, BEWARE OF THE DANGER THAT WILL HAVE YOU DOOMED.
