Biafra: Buhari's UN Speeches, Vindication To Crown Dr Nnamdi Kanu's Quest

BIAFRA: I must put things straight and forward here. Is right time to relax while Mr Mohammad Buhari ends his witch-hunting towards Dr Nnamdi Kanu and other brave Biafrans held against their Human Rights. When I compare both nature and scope of Mr Barack Obama and Mohammad Buhari's speeches, addressed to the world leaders at the last summit of the United Nations, I left no reserved assurance to believe that both men have contracted Biafrans sufferings and killings. President Buhari while delivering his statement to the 70th session of the UNGA last year called for the self-determination of indigenous minorities. He had said: “Neither do we have the moral right to deny any people their freedom or condemn them indefinitely to occupation and blockade.” But when he is to address the issue of Biafrans, he will put it this way: he would not tolerate agitation for Biafra if it interfered with Nigeria’s security and encouraged those protesting for independence to form a political party to campaign for their cause. And promised to maintain the unity of Nigeria and urged citizens to ignore groups looking to divide the country. This is a high level of hypocrisy when Palestine is being giving huge support to have deterred their independence while Biafra is muted over, Biafrans can no longer buy into Obama and Buhari's lunatic agenda of supporting other countries' total freedom while the case of Biafrans becomes the opportunity to kidnap, torture, detain and kill. Again in his address to the world leaders at the last summit of the United Nations, Buhari stated his position on statehood for Palestinians in conformity with Security Council resolutions "the Palestinian issue, despite years and years of international efforts is no nearer to being resolved. Nigeria in company with member States of the African Union, firmly supports the Two-State solution with Palestinian rights to statehood in conformity, with numerous Security Council Resolutions beginning with Resolution 242 of 1967.” Buhari having kin interest on the issues of Israel and Palestine should also remember that Biafrans are exercising the same scope of Rights ought to be having.
