Constitution is fixed rules, Principles,
commands, regulations that is made by legislature by which a country is
governed. Law is a set of commands, rules, principles, regulations made federal
or state government which is obeyed by the citizens. The structure of
government is leveled from Executive,
Judiciary and Legislature of which their functions are sacrosanct and so also
limits each levels excessive power. Both the maker and interpreter of both aforementioned structure above have ever
appeared as toothless 'boodog' in a
democratic system of government which they are
entrusted to by its citizens.
If silence
is the case of both bodies for not have invited or Call to order by any of the
leaders of both office (Chief Justice of the Federation and Senate President)
that really means that there is an invisible "suppressing power"
coming from the rest of the aforesaid structure of government (executive:
president) and that could be Money or physical threat to life. Muhammad
Buhari since resumption of office, has been so autocratic and witch
hunting either towards his fellow citizens or enemies. Dazuki arms case is just like minipeat
that does not have neither head nor tail. Olisah Metuh is yet to recover from
his personality and image damaged by niGeria
media and Buhari kitchen cleaners (DSS). Ngozi Iwuala, Diziani Nmaduekwe,
Fayose, Fani Femi Kayode, Saraki (Senate president),
Victor Umeh and Dr. Nnamdi Kanu etc. are
yet to be free from "net of persecution".
The Chief Justice of the federation is either threatened or bought over
because his height of silence over assault to Justice and misinterpretations of
constitution and Law in the judicial
system and the country is becoming outrageous. Magistrate court two orders to
release Dr. Kanu remains unaddressed. High
court of jurisdiction verdict to release kanu
unconditionally is still hurting and inflicting fear in the heart of unborn
children that will basically cite Kanu's
case as proceedings. Withdrawal of lawyers from Kanu's case is still evidence
untapped. Kanu's three months no trial is still hurting rule of law and constitution.
CHANGE OF VERDICT: NOT TO CONDUCT SECRET TRIAL ( 9TH OF FEB. 2016) AND LATER, CONDUCT SECRET WITH WITNESSES ON MASK (7TH OF MARCH 2016) is the one that will finally put both Buhari, John Tsoho and Co "in the belly of a mad woman".
The Senate president and
members of the Chambers should check the excess of the Judiciary and Executive
offices, failure to do that might purge this country into 2nd civil war. Dr.
Nnamdi Kanu is prisoner of conscience and no one should mistake him for
that. A fugitive does not give up himself for arrest
of crime knowing fully well that the consequences is always available. Nnamdi Kanu
visited not less than ten (10) different countries, of which he uses his
passports and never get arrested by interpol (international police) but here
comes (country of no Law and illiterate president), niGeria, and he (Kanu) is
being kidnapped and detained for possessing IPhone and headset AS WEAPONS OF
MASS DESTRUCTION AND POSSESSING TWO PASSPORTS AS DUAL CITIZEN! Radio
Biafra is excessively licensed like other
Radio stations ( Radio Chanji, Voice of America, British Broadcasting
Corporation in Hausa etc) yet Buhari tagged it "Pirate
station". Pope Francis, Putin, etc. can not be a supporters to a terrorist and terrorist organization, therefore I hereby
demand for early unconditional release OF
DR. NNAMDI KANU AND ALL
MEMBERS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA. RESTORATION OF
BIAFRA IS NOT A "THINK ABOUT CASE OR ISSUE" SO ALLOW BIAFRANS TO STAY
ON THEIR OWN AND KNOW IT THAT IF YOU (BUHARI) CAN NOT TOLERATE BIAFRA AND
BIAFRANS, WE CAN NOT ACCORD SAME TO YOU!!!
