A country where the citizens are depressed as a result of
bad leadership and yet the fake President is planning a wedding to his Sudanese
wife. What a shame!
A country where different named terrorists are taking
over territories and massacring her citizens without caution or challenge by
the Security.
A country where her herdsmen have abandoned their herds
for a more lucrative business of kidnapping, raping, destruction of properties
and worse still, killing their victims.
A country where hunger is ravaging the land, unemployment
is hitting the sky and depression everywhere.
I am talking about a failed nation, a country under a curse.
A British company built to fail someday.
Oh Nigeria! How long shall you exist as a punishment for
the inhabitants? How long shall your curse last?
I believe in the last work of Chinua Achebe, “THERE WAS A
COUNTRY…” Yes, a day shall come when it shall be said that THERE WAS A COUNTRY
