The Biafra land national coordinator of IPOB Mazi Ikechukwu Ugwuoha on
7th December, 2018 held a general meeting with the principal officers in Ebonyi
state after the Elders Inauguration which they crowned Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the
'Ihe 1 of Biafra' on 6th December, 2018.
The meeting which lasted for 4 hours focused on the activities of IPOB
both in the state and beyond, it equally looked into some issues posing threat
on the state and the struggle in the state and the best ways to achieve the
goal of IPOB led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
While speaking with the coordinators on his long address, he appreciated
the efforts of the state coordinator of Ebonyi state IPOB and his team for
their doggedness in the struggle, he urged them to maintain the peace and love
that leads in Ebonyi state IPOB and equally charged them to stand strong and
remain resolute, never to be afraid of the enemies because IPOB has won the
battle for freedom with Nigeria. He further reminded them to comply frequently
to the command and control foundational structure of IPOB because that is what
will make the quest to progress.
He told the coordinators to urge their members to try and pay their
national monthly dues because it is one of the obligations that authenticate
the membership of being an IPOB. Still on the monthly dues, he advised
the coordinators to stay far from the money because it is dangerous to tamper
with it wrongly.
The state coordinator of IPOB in Ebonyi state Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya
appreciated the coordinators on how they organized their members to attend in a
large number, the Supreme council of Biafra Elders' Inauguration at Ishi-Izhia
on 6th December, 2018. He assured them that no effort of man or Nigeria
government and their allies will ever make IPOB to retreat or surrender in
their quest to restore Biafra as a sovereign state from British contraption
called Nigeria.
The meeting featured audience interactive section between the national
coordinator and the principal officers in Ebonyi state before closing prayer by
Bishop Nwachinemere Stanley the Public Relations Official of IPOB Ebonyi state
as well as the state coordinator Supreme Clergies of Biafra Ebonyi state
chapter.
