The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) Ebonyi State Chapter held a unique
general meeting with their sons and daughters in the struggle for Biafra
restoration in Onicha Igboeze at Ohozara LGA of Ebonyi state Biafra land.
The Indigenous People Of Biafra under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
further proved to the world with the meeting which took place some kilometres
from the home of David Nwaeze Umahi, the Ebonyi state Governor that they are
not terrorist group and they are ready to restore Biafra at all cost.
The general state meeting had in attendance members of IPOB from
Igweocha, Abia, Enugu and lots of members in the state.
The meeting also featured special song presentation dedicated to IPOB
and her leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu titled: “Ndi-IPOB” by Omalicha Nwada Precious
Okorafor from Ugwulangu Ohozara LGA Ebonyi state Biafra land, the gathering was
thrown into agog and excitement following the song presentation that brought
everybody to the dancing floor.
The state IPOB coordinator Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya during his address urged
members of IPOB in other States both within and outside Biafra land to remain
strong and focused noting that soon Biafra will be restored, he equally urged
them both present and absent in the meeting to always do their best in the
struggle because everybody will be remembered for their work even when they are
nowhere to be found. He further advise them to remember home even in times of
financial support to enable the state participate actively in the struggle.
Bishop Nwachinemerem Stanley the Public Relations Officer (PRO) anchored
the meeting and thereafter said the closing prayer for the joint meeting as he
did before the beginning of the meeting.
