It was indeed a wonderful and colourful event on Sunday 3rd September 2017 as IPOB Alanso Unit in Aba was formally inaugurated. You will recall that while our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was still incarcerated every IPOB zones both in Biafraland and Diaspora was charged with the task of creating more units following the need that everybody especially Biafrans living in the remote areas of Biafraland gets to know about the good news of Biafra Restoration. That is just what IPOB PORT Harcourt Road Aba have been doing.

Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB is a moving train which if you stand on her way you will be completely crushed; we are the largest freedom fighting organisation in the world, our mission is to restore our ancient nation Biafra. Biafra as a nation is older than Britain because we are the direct descendants of Israel, our origin is traceable into the Bible I mean the Old Testament. Biafra has been in existence before the British mercenary Lord Fredrick Lugard and his wife Flora unilaterally and forcefully created in 1914 the unholy union called Nigeria which have in composition three indigenous populations; Arewa (Hausa Fulani), Oduduwa (Yoruba) and Biafra (IBO) with different divergent cultures without any form of proper consultations or agreement.

The inauguration was graced by all the executives and member of IPOB Port Harcourt road Zone Aba lead by the zonal coordinator Mazi Ikechukwu Madubuko. Flagging off the inauguration Mazi Madubuko told Biafrans that our only mission for gathering here is to make sure that Biafra is restored until then we are not going to rest, we shall continue to work tirelessly hard by making sure that every nook and cranny under Port Harcourt Road Zone and whole of Biafraland receive the good news of Biafra restoration and IPOB Units set up there. He charged the executives of the newly inaugurated unit Mazi Udoka Ihesiaba coordinator, Mazi Ndukwe Ogbonna deputy coordinator, Mazi Ugonna Okoronkwor secretary and others to maintain the tempo which brought their unit into existence by making sure that they will begat other units under Alanso Unit and grow into a zone of her own. He went on to remind them the chain of command guiding IPOB which is to always report to her zone, Port Harcourt Road Zone Aba which reports to Aba South Coordinator, which in turn reports to Abia South Coordinator which reports to Abia State coordinator and so on.

In his acceptance speech after the inauguration the Alanso Coordinator Mazi Udoka Ihesiaba thanked Biafrans especially Mazi Ikechukwu Madubuko who is the Coordinator of Port Harcourt Road Zone Aba for the opportunity giving to him to serve his motherland Biafra, he promised to do anything within his capacity to make sure that Biafra restoration struggle is moving forward even if it means sacrificing his life. He went further to explain why the name Alanso which means holyland in English is chosen to be the name of the unit; he said it is because the land of Biafra is holy that is why they choose that name Alanso.

The guest of honour in the event, Mazi Chiukwuemeka Nkeoma who doubles as the Coordinator Aba South IPOB in his own speech said that what he saw here today is one of the proves of how formidable and hard working Port Harcourt Road Zone Aba under the leadership of Mazi Ikechukwu Madubuko is, maintaining that IPOB is one indivisible, one united, one unshakeable, one fearless and one indefatigable family under the supreme leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, he said “in IPOB what we represent is if you do good we praise you, if you do bad we shred you” it does not matter your involvement, your commitment, your certificate or your wealth. He also reminded Biafrans of the resolve of IPOB as declared by our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to Boycott Anambra State election come November 18th this year and subsequent elections in Biafraland until a date of Referendum is giving to us.

The climax of the event was the parade and hosting of Biafra flag by Alanso Special Squad. There was other presentations like Biafra National Anthem, History about Biafra genocide and Explanations of what the different colours that make up the Biafra Flag represent  presented by Alanso kids.
