Biafrans vindicated for rejecting Nigerian government’s cover-up of Fulani terrorist attack in Biafraland

The attempt to cover-up the last Fulani attack on Biafraland suffered serious setback as Biafrans of all walks of life rejected all the stories being promoted in order to confuse the truth. The people have been vindicated as latest information reaching Biafra high-command shows that many members of the terrorist Boko Haram have been dispatched to Biafraland to perpetrate many terrorist attacks on Biafran people by Northern Fulani youths.

Their plan was to eventually attribute all such attacks to Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) – a group that has consistently been agitating for the restoration of the independent state of Biafra.

Without doubt, it is now agreed among Biafrans that the last Sunday, August 6 terrorist attack on a church in Ozubulu, Anambra was the first of the planned attacks. It is equally agreed amongst the people that the State Police Commissioner, Garba Baba Umar, have been promoting a cover-up lie by declaring the that attack to be part of a drug war between two Biafran drug cartels based in South Africa. Equally agreed among Biafrans is that the state Governor, the ever inebriated Willie Obiano, have been sheepishly promoting the drug-story lie of the police commissioner without stopping to reason in-between the lines.

Biafrans never bought that story. Even apart from the story told by Umar and Obiano; and that other versions contrived to reinforce the first – which apparently are sponsored by the Nigerian government under the growing Fulani hegemony – the people stuck to their guns, insisting that it was a terrorist attack by the Fulani.

Prominent individuals, as well as majority of Biafrans interviewed in the streets by Biafra Choice Writers, rejected the story out-rightly. They claimed a lot of things in the story did not add up. Youths of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), called on the Police Commissioner to resign because he blundered and lied to the country.

It did not make sense that Nigerian Police which would take years to investigate a crime and still not find the culprits, could know the perpetrators of a crime within two hours of the incident. The people totally rejected the report that it was a crime committed by drug barons in a drug war, because it did not make sense.

To start with, according to them, mass-murdering of people is alien to Biafrans’ way of life. Igbo Biafrans don’t fight drug wars. In fact, Biafrans hold life sacrosanct that they would not engage in mass murders. Secondly, it is only the Fulani that are known to cowardly sneak around in the dead of night to mass-murder people. Such mass-murders are the forte of the Fulani and their Hausa slaves from the North.

In addition, the Biafrans refused to accept the possibility that the murderers were able to sneak through all the Police and Army check-points all over Biafrans roads to perpetrate the atrocities without the Fulani controlled government, and its agencies, knowing something about it. the people were convinced that the police commissioner’s constant reference to the fact that the killers spoke Igbo, was sure sign that the whole story was cooked-up cover-up by his Fulani kinsmen – with him as a willing participant.

The attack simply proved the boasts of some Fulani elements, like Shetima Yerima, leader of a terrorist group known as Arewa Youths Consultative Assembly (AYCA), a group that is planning and coordinating the plans to visit genocide on Igbo Biafrans come October 1 this year. Yerima it was who boasted carelessly and without decency that “We’ll take the fight to Nnamdi Kanu’s Domain”. The terrorist attack, the kind that has never happened in Biafraland before, was the first of that battle he was taking to Kanu’s domain.

After him was Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha.  Al-Mustapha was known all over Nigeria and beyond as Abacha’s hit-man and the one that planned and supervised all psychopathic murders of Abacha. On July 24, Mustapha was reported to have boasted that he would stop Biafra agitation within three months. “I am already handling that issue of agitations for Biafra because I am at the centre of it”, he was reported to have said.

In the final analysis, the Northerners had written the United Nations (UN), asking the world body to declare IPOB a terrorist organisation, and is therefore trying very hard to present the UN with evidence that the Biafrans were terrorists.

Not only Yerima and Mustapha, several other Northern elements of Fulani ethnic stock have made boast to that effect, so there was no way the Biafran people would have accepted lies of the Ozubulu terrorist attack on their people by the Fulani. Indeed, the people considered it a well thought-out plan that involved both the Police, Army and all other government agencies scattered all over Biafraland. In addition, the people consider it a plot that includes roping-in of prominent Biafrans who they considered to have had a hand in sponsoring the Biafran agitation.

Biafrans have now been vindicated by the latest intelligence report that proves beyond any reasonable doubts that Boko Haram fighters have been dispatched to Biafraland to attack churches and government buildings and infrastructures. Biafrans were therefore warned to be more vigilant; and to take more security precautions.
