A Traditional Ruler of Okwe Owerri Autonomous Community in Ehime Mbano LGA of Imo, HRH Eze Ernest Eberechukwu Onuoha storms IPOB Owerri Zonal Meeting which took place in Akobo, Imo State. The Traditional Ruler who was in the venue of the meeting earlier before the commencement time, admonished Biafrans to remain resolute and come together for Biafran restoration.
Speaking to IPOB Owerri Zone on the need to understand what Nnamdi Kanu has done for Biafrans, the Traditional Ruler admonished Biafrans to stay off from position seeking and follow Nnamdi Kanu’s directions religiously. His word, “Let us remove hand from position seeking and focus on what Nnamdi Kanu has to offer. Whatever you are ask to do, do it. Those senators and Governors don’t want Biafra because they are leaving in comfort of Nigeria. No leader like Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Biafraland and we must take full instruction from him. He is here to bring Biafra for us and we must support him with zero reservation”.
His Royal Highness also admonishes Biafrans to observe the 30th May sit at home as there is no way we can respect those killed for what they believe than observing 30th May sit at home. He stated, “On the issue of 30th May, I will ask the town crier of my Autonomous Community to inform the people of my community on the need for the sit at home exercise. It is important we observe the sit at home for them and make them understand that we respect and appreciate their sacrifices”.
The Owerri Zonal meeting which experienced huge crowd in attendant, saw the coming of hundreds of new members who joined IPOB. The meeting was fill with praise atmosphere as those who attended could not hide their joys on the bailing of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The Owerri Zonal Coordinator (Mazi Abraham Chimamkpa) who presided over the meeting, charged Biafrans in his Zone to evangelise to their neighbours on the need to observe the 30th May sit at home exercise.
